Help Us Make the 30-Year Reunion a Great Night!
We want to be transparent about the cost of hosting our reunion and give classmates and local businesses an opportunity to help make the evening extra special.
The event space alone costs $3,000, and dinner is $18.50 per person. The event will be BYOB, but we will still need bar setups, mixers, ice, cups, name tags, decorations, a DJ, and a photo booth.
With 80 attendees, ticket sales at $40 per person would total $3,200. That would not fully cover the venue, food, entertainment, and event supplies.
Northcutt Travel Agency is sponsoring $1,000 toward the reunion, and we are looking for a few additional sponsors to help us create a fun and memorable evening for everyone.
Sponsorship Opportunities
DJ Sponsor – $500 Includes 2 tickets
Help us keep the music playing and the dance floor full!
Photo Booth Sponsor – $500 - Includes 2 tickets
Help provide a fun photo booth so everyone can take home memories from the evening.
Table Sponsor – $250
Your name, family name, or company name will be featured on one of the reunion tables. A Table Sponsorship also includes two reunion tickets.
Additional sponsorship funds will help cover decorations, name tags, bar setups, ice, mixers, cups, and other reunion expenses.
